My auto save failed to load at its last save and started bback like 2 hours before the save. I lost 2 hours of my fucking life. So pissed I might not even play anymore. Too much fuckin boring hack and slash to.

Sure you could free-roam, it's just that the world wasn't all that big. The atmosphere is awesome. I was just pointing out that removing armour from the game was a mistake. Of course this is what I think, mostly, it's funny how some people would thumbs-down somebody's opinion.
I agree with you 100%. I think the smaller world with limited roaming was a step up from a long boring game that just drags on. And the game can last as long you want, you could play Fable 2 for 7 years and not even start the third quest. You can just have a family and live the life of a farm hand, a father, or a homeless traveler. I think Fable 2 is very good.
I think the reason the game is so bad is because they took out a lot of good elements from fable one and tlc and replaced them with "marriage" dog ownership, when all of the extra bits are just SO tough to get to there no worth it. No mana pool,no armour,no freaking interaction between you and npcs beside EMOTES. the game is also just linear and locations take forever just to got back to. not worth the 60 bucks, its sold for.

The ending of fable 2 was really really really disappointing. i thought it would be 1 million times better than fable 1 but the ending in fable 1 definately was way better than the ending in fable 2... im disappointed in microsoft... i know they had to make 2 story lines and better controlled npcs... but the fact they ditched armor and a mana pool with hardly any spells makes fable 1 waaaay better.
I never experienced any glitches.. Heck, I quit after 3/4th of the game because it was just so freakin boring. It was big step down from the first Fable and the biggest disappointment.. Very repetitive and short gameplay.. Listen to boring people, follow a golden trailer, kill enemies.. and repeat..Combat is dumb and easy and the RPG elements are very poor. Not a very fun or interesting recreation of "real life". I'd give the game a 5/10.

YES. What a waste of time and money. first this game has a mature rating with next to no mature content. Even the maps are still linear and straight forward. You can't travel an open world like oblivion. (1)shitty boring will spells. Like fuck, how overpowered is time slow!? and dont get me started on lv5 shock
(2)where the fuck are the kick ass abilities like multi-arrow+berserk from fable 1?
(3)game shorter than fable 1. wtF?

In all due respect the game overall did stink.
The replay value of this game is zip, and the storyline was way to short. It cut out just too much to be enjoyable.
And the 1st game wasn't that bad compared to this one. It seems to me to have fallen tragically short of its goal.
And so, once again, Peter Molyneux has been crippled by his own ambition.

in fable 2 you don't have those big rubber gloves I forgot all about that. O yea and the Magic spells in fable 2 are faking worthless. Fireball,shockball,chaos,summon and thats about it. I only used the shock which makes the other spells pointless. I hate how you have to stand still and let the enimies beat on you while your taking your precious time making a little static ball. Everytime I use it I get stomped on by the enimies which leaves me with 1/4 of a health bar.

Fable 2 is the biggest waste of time.I was extremely excited to play it at my friends house. I asked him if I could barrow it, he said "sure." I took it home and poped it in. A couple hours later I beat it... I'm like WTF this is it. Can someone tell me the diffrence of the 1st game and the 2nd.

YES. What a waste of time and money. first this game has a mature rating with next to no mature content. They should of done away with the hookers and made this game rating reflect the gamers it was made for. 8 year olds. This was the least challenging game I can remember ever playing. Also do they think mature gamers like fart jokes? I don't, this isn't an RPG it's a crappy knock off of the sims. With next to no free roam, and even if it had free roam there is no reason to roam.

It's pathetic going into a house with books everywhere and plates and weapons and not be able to pick any of them up. You are a bad ass hero with all this freedom of choice but don't steal any plates. Shit in TES games your ass can get rich of silverware. The game even insults us as gamers. If you like this game you may also enjoy Dora the Explorer games as well. Has about the same difficulty level. And we all love collecting those orbs. Yum yum yum yum yum, Delicioso. Peter needs to get his ass out of the gaming industry, or atleast if he must keep making games they need to be wii exclusives. That way all the kids will be able to play this sad excuse of a game. Seeing how it was made for them it would only be fair.

It's ok buddy, I was once the same as you. I look forward to this game every since the day I beat the first Fable. I told all my friends it would live up to the hype this time. I said it was going to be the best game ever. But I've came to terms with the fact that LIEin head droped the ball on Fable 2. It's ok to admit that this game was a major disappointment. Don't let denial run your life man.

I played fable 1 and i thought it was alright but oblivion is the best it has loads of side quests a good main quest and there is a whole wide area that you can explore not to mention the skills weapons and secrets

come on you can fly through the main quest in like 6 hours of gameplay.. and there really isnt even that many sidequests...

Yeah i just wish fable would grow up is all. They said they were going to make something new and fresh,but its just the exact game as Fable 1 with a few extra features.
Even the maps are still linear and straight forward. You can't travel an open world like oblivion. I had my hopes up because i had heard they were going to make the game open worldly just like oblivion. Then i find out to my disappointment that its still linear. You have to travel a straight guided path. So disappointed.......
