I think it would be possiable. The spartans can doge plasma at balistic speeds, so why not a charge shot? Anyway, U can see that both chracters are preforming way out of what they can. (Fan boys on both sides SHUT IT U KNOW THEY ARE)

the size of Samus' best charge beam, heck her best beam weapon it doesn't have to be charged, the beam shot roughly has a 3 foot radius. now, remember Samus doesn't have to reload or worry about over-heating, so endless fire, and due too one it's Wave property, it ignores cover. I'm not doubting his ability to dodge it, but he wouldn't be able to dodge it forever.
