just push the little siren light forwards for the heads to pop out,.. i see you were just trying to lift them up without doing so. try it ,. it helps! :) great set,..i have all 3 of these as well, minus the cool addon Gear of War set,... damn things sold out before i could get mine. anyhow cheers, great review of a great mould!
