Yeah, when u activate Divine Wrath you go basically -1 because u use one card and mist discard one. With War Chariot there is nothing to discart. This card is in this meta so mean. Against Rabbit and so much more.

The reason it's so good is because it's costless, hits a monster effect regardless of where it activates (Hand, field, grave). Plus, it can activate in the damage step, so it says NO to Honest, etc,
