And btw i do both. I know and 10 year old skateboarder who can do pop shuvs and kickflips. At my lake, i know of one guy that can land pop shuvs and kickfips on a wakeskate and he prolly lands them only about 30 % of the time...

@DenverBroncos124 Its really not to much like skateboarding at all (even tho some tricks are the same), the feel is completely different. your going 20 miles an hour (having to hold on to a handle) and the boards natural tendency is to pretty much just stay on the water and do whatever the fuck it wants lol what these guys are doing is insanely difficult

@BaseballSwingAddict Here is my opinion. And take it as that, just opinion. . .I think it very well can. You have to know water. That is the big thing. There are different basics, like getting up on it, your speed, the rope, your weight positioning when you hit water is different than hitting earth. Once you get used to and understand water, the basics of skating come into play, and then it would be easier. It just depends on how well you adjust to water

I love wakeskating, I don't have a boat with a very big wake, so wakeboarding never worked out for me very well. I slalom ski alot, and I tried wakeskating last summer, and it got me hooked! I was introduced to a side of towed board sports i didnt know, one where you don't need a huge wakeboard boat, or an equal sized truck to pull it. wakeskating is keepin it real!
