The only thing i was hoping for was for you to tell us that if we need to be a certain level to obtain this armor or not because my ps3 wouldent let me start one of the theives guild quest but i think it was a glitch or a level quest like some quests so but very good video and it looks like a bad ass set of armor

Instead of items that are fairly easy to obtain, these people want the good stuff that only the true master of tomb crawling falmer like nerds find and blog about on the internet. Lets go for the rarest crap found at the bottom of the strangest tomb, or items that are in quests people think are pointless and don't do. (Eg: Keening or Grimserver from the bottom of that dwermer ruin. The nerds did the hard part. Now you have to make a video about it. It is for told in the Elder Scrolls.

@1Lessie1 Exactly what chayification said, keep doing quests - you will come to a spot in the thieves quests where you get a Skeleton key which is a lockpick that never ever ev3r breaks. But apparently it needs to be returned to something and you're then rewarded with the bow xP

What level do I get the full stat potential? Skyrim Wiki says 32. I'm 33 now and it keeps giving me the armor with 30 stam 30% frost restistance, 20% pick locking and one hand damage. 15% illusion effectivness.

@Chayification Yeah uhm, I started the quest thing right at like the beginning at where you steal the item and put it in that guys pocket. But for some reason when I stole it and walked over behind these boxes and put it in the guys pocket I was detected and almost killed but one of the guards took me too jail and I surved my time but when I came out and went too that guy (Forgot his name) he said I failed the objective and he sent me too the guild and I went there but I didn't get the armor.

Ah! The thieves guild quest line is the first quest line I completed because I got distracted from the main quest line in Riften. My reaction to the set was exactly the same.
