It's unfair to say CP3 won't be able to lead the Bulls to a 62-20 record when he has shown he is capable of leading the Hornets to a 56-26 record in the west. That is just as hard as what Rose has done. But I agree with you when you say Rose is more explosive. In previous seasons Chris Paul was just as explosive. This season, he seems to have slowed down and has not shown his explosiveness. I hope it's just a mental thing and not from the knee injury.

He led the hornets to the 2nd seed in the west. This season Rose averaged 25 PPG, 7.7 assists, 4.1 RPG, 1.0 SPG with 3.4 TO's. He led the Bulls to the 1st seed in the East. This was also Rose's 3rd season. CP3's season that year was better than Rose this year but CP still didn't get MVP. It was also better than Kobe that year.

Efficiency wins basketball games, but the Bulls had a better record then the Hornets with 2 of their best players out for most of the season, so who is more efficient.
Rose is a better athlete and has more potential. He's just 22 and doing amazing things, might even ring these playoffs if they can handle the heat.
That being said....CP3 is better not and rightfully so, he's more experienced. CP3 makes his teammates better, the Hornets don't have much talent. He's an efficient scorer that puts up good numbers from anywhere on the court. He can be physical and drive to the basket or shoot the ball. He's a much better PG, slightly better player.
No questions asked that CP3 is the best point guard of our generation(im 23). Watch the game 1 of the recent series and tell me that he isn't... especially since he looked like his old self. I love rose... been fan since Memphis days, but Cp3 is the true pg.
rose has a better drive. paul is a better assist man. paul probably has a slightly better shot as well. they are both quick as cats. very good matchup

one thing i'll give Paul over Rose is passing..reason being is because Paul ain't the scorer Rose is.Rose is faster, quicker, stronger, and a way better finisher then Paul is.look how many times Paul flops in the paint and when Rose gets fouled he most likely makes the and1 or he gets up like nothing happened. rose is the baby bulls first option and he carried them with a unhealthy boozer n noah who kept missing weeks after injuries to a 62-20 record. It's unfair to say CP3 won't be able to lead the Bulls to a 62-20 record when he has shown he is capable of leading the Hornets to a 56-26 record in the west. That is just as hard as what Rose has done. But I agree with you when you say Rose is more explosive. In previous seasons Chris Paul was just as explosive. This season, he seems to have slowed down and has not shown his explosiveness. I hope it's just a mental thing and not from the knee injury.

@MusicLover22ization MVP means nothing. CP3 was 2nd in the MVP voting in 07-08, behind Kobe. He averaged 21.1 PPG, 11.6 assists, 4 RPG, 2.7 SPG & only 2.5 TO's. He led the hornets to the 2nd seed in the west. This season Rose averaged 25 PPG, 7.7 assists, 4.1 RPG, 1.0 SPG with 3.4 TO's. He led the Bulls to the 1st seed in the East. This was also Rose's 3rd season. CP3's season that year was better than Rose this year but CP still didn't get MVP. It was also better than Kobe that year.

The starters are voted in by fans. The reserves are voted in by the coaches and this shows how little you know about the NBA.
And can you tell me what B.J. Armstrong, John Paxton, Scottie Pippen, Luke Longley and all the other Bulls players did after Jordan left the game.

Indiana had a losing record going into the playoffs the Pacers were one of the weakest Playoff teams and there defense still made Rose look Overrated.

@1HelpingMany if you put Paul on the Bulls and Rose on the Hornets, The Bulls most likely would of beat Miami and got to the finals while The Hornets would fail to make the Playoffs in the West.
Paul makes his team better then Rose does, Cp3 does not make many stupid decisions with the Ball in his hands & the Bulls were taken serious because of there defense it Ranked #1 thats why they won so many games.
its Clear to me that CP3 is better then Rose, Derrick just has a much better team.

@1HelpingMany even with Rose the Bulls struggle on Offense because Chicago is not known for there Offense there known for having the #1 Ranked Defense thats why they won so many games take that defense away the Bulls wont win more then 40 Games and u know it.
Cp3 Missed only 2 games and its easy to have the best Record when you Have the #1 Ranked Defense one of the most consistent benches.
and relax Noah missed 34 games and Boozer missed 20 games u make it seem like they were out for 70 games

did you not notice the Lakers doubled Cp3 alot because he has no one else to help him since west was injured? and CP3 still shot over 54% explain that?

D-rose might be more explosive and better scorer but CP3 is a lot more efficient as a basketball player. Efficiency wins basketball games.

Rose is a better athlete and has more potential. He's just 22 and doing amazing things, might even ring these playoffs if they can handle the heat.
That being said....CP3 is better not and rightfully so, he's more experienced. CP3 makes his teammates better, the Hornets don't have much talent. He's an efficient scorer that puts up good numbers from anywhere on the court. He can be physical and drive to the basket or shoot the ball. He's a much better PG, slightly better player.
