The macro is

/cast Ambush

/cast Vanish

then just sap quickly, or do it again for IMBA DAMAGE!

It was only to show, that you can do Cheap Shot, Garrote, Dismantle, etc. without breaking Sap or Gouge. : )

And this only works, when you use a Poison on your Mainhand, that doesn't do any Damage... or you use a Weapon Switch

how do you do it so well? is the only way to stop you from a melee swing / auto attack, jump to get them out of your arc of attack?

Vanish - Cheap shot - Mutalate - Eviscerate - Win rinse and repeat
