There definitely are variable levels of expertise who post videos on Expert Village.

But I don't mind this at all. I think Expert Village is a great idea--and the fact it is free-of-charge, open to anyone, and member-published is a wonderful thing. To get selective about who is an expert and who is not I think would discourage too many experts from providing a service without being paid for it.
