No she didn't (unless you we're joking), but Phyllis had a confrontation with Sasha that day of the fire. She and Sasha had an argument, Phyllis slapped Sasha and left the apartment. Sasha continued smoking a cigarette, she fell asleep, the cirgarette butt fell into the couch and the apartment caught on fire killing her.
