I just got tired of this... The PS3 version of Oblivion came with the Knights of the Nine package FREE. Although it did not say it, it was put in as just another quest. Why do you ask Xbox360 did not? simple answer; Xbox360 is an overall terrible gaming system. PC ftw.

Well yeah, it's only in the expansion. I have the normal one in my coputer and can't do it but I have Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine on my laptop where I can do the quest. Though you may have also bought the Game of the Year Edition. It has two discs, one contains the main game, the other one has the two expansions. :P

The first time you go there, [after you visit all the shrines at the beginning of the KOTN quest] He talks to you for a bit, and you do NOT fall down. If you do, it must be a glitch. Then at the end of the quest, he congrats you [no spoilers] and you fall down part way before it cuts off. If you fall all the way, then it has glitched.

@TheBlaziken437 Actually that would be incredibly easy, considering that the ghost effect is ACTUALLY an ability. You haven't used CS before have you? Abilities are stuff like star-sign effects and that explains how Martin has four of them XD One of them makes the character look like a ghost.

this is complete BS it isn't oblivion heaven, it's just part of the knights of the nine quest. P.S. you get sent back into the sky at the end and you glitch and fall to your death on PC if you try to move so i suggest you bring a ranged weapon/good magic with you instead of a melee weapon.

@tmm31594 agility is the word you're looking for. PC console codes to make your character as big as mehrunes dagon, then changing all your agility, speed, acrobatics and athletics to max makes you go pretty high, but still not that high. Download the dragon mount mod and THEN you're talking.
