  • It's fun after about 2 weeks when your body stops aching after the full work out...lol

  • try to alternate belly dancing with Pilates I highly recommend most people use this method when they've had a certain injury, and its great to rehabilitate your muscles. I use Pilates on a regular basis and it helps me to dance more gracefully!!!

  • i was hit by a car over the winter, and my lower back has hurt ever since. i am struggling with this warm up in particular, but it is almost one of those good pains, like when you stretch just beyond your comfort level. i'll be feeling this before i go to bed, however, i know it.

  • can u do a longer more step by step warm up 4 hip & belly rolling & then perform both?very great warm up
