I have to disagree when it said that His physical pain was hardly felt. I am possitive that his physical pain was absolutely felt and was absolutely horrible beyond belief.
I agree that His physical pain must have been serious but I believe how it emphasis the point that the pain of having the whole worlds sin on one man must be what we have never and will never experience. It is stating the fact that the spiritual pain must have been even more than His physical pain.
Praise the Lord. It just goes to show how much Christ went all out for us because His physical pain looked like the main thing and so if we know He had an even more serious trial spiritually, it goes to show how MUCH He loves us and because of that love, I don't want to commit sin anymore because He died for it. Lets love God to the point that we don't even want to commit sin anymore. This comes by spending time in His word and prayer.

My friend those who have not heard of God are not in condemnation. The bible calls it living by the law of their conscience. Just because some may not have heard of the name Jesus in their life, it doesn't mean God was not there with them. e.g. If you know it is not good to steal, you know that your conscience tells you not to do it but yet you do it anyway. Thats going against God. Those who know not to do wrong and their living by that of their conscience, they are listening to Gods voice
By that lifestyle, they would automatically accept Christ when His name comes across them because they are already living according to conscience. God also said that His name would go out through the whole world and then the end will come.
Christ died for the world so to spread His name is to spread hope. If one accepts Him, His death is paid for on their behalf and they are heaven bound. Those who do not accept are allowing their own sin to remain on them. Why would anyone want that?

Is it nonsense if you owe the government over a million dollars and you can't pay for it at all, yet someone says i will pay it for you and you say i reject? Does that make sense? Well this is like Christ saying I will pay with my life on your behalf.

@lizazoon Thats not exactly true. Just look at Genesis 6:11,12 and you see the people had corrupted Yahs way on the earth. His law was well before sinai. I was just thinking of the time I played Hide and Go seek with my nephew and how he was distressed when he could not find me and how he was thrilled to see me again. How much love has God to suffer that way to save us and we do so little for him?

Once I figured out that my own sinful conduct was the real "problem" in my life, I stopped blaming others and God for my misfortunes. I believe that shaking off sin is all of our destinies and our responsibility. Only we as individuals, can we not listen to the deceitul spirit whispering in our ears.
