  • your a virgin, im sure of it

  • Great!!!

  • Don't hold your breath, in between.... in, out... that's it.

  • @bradleyjenks It's just a breathing exercise. The goal is to "square" your breathing.

  • i hate breathing exercises blah

  • Thanks

  • how to breath:

    breath in

    breath out

    repeat

  • I have a question about breathing...I must do through nose or mouth, because I see you doing by mouth and others persons do it by nose or both. What do you recommend me to do breathing? thanks in advance.

  • When you do the 4 count breathing exercise, should the epiglottis close or stay open because i find that when i hold my breath my epiglottis closes.

  • @Stretchynick Mine closes too, my psych professor said it was normal. Obviously he's not a professional singer or breathing coach or anything but he did know a lot about breathing/relaxation techniques.

  • i am starting the exercises from your vide today. i have had prior vocal training years ago i am in a group. we will use these exercises and let u know how they go!!!

  • You should upload some more videos. Maybe a 3 part series, beginner intermediate and advanced exercises?

  • what do you think about doing the "s","f" "sh" excercises?

  • I can reply if, it seems nobody else will, I have found a few consonants to be the best at engaging abs (intercostoal muscles) and expanding ribcage--all helping me to warm up the voice. Those consonants are 'V' 'Z' and 'M.' All of these sounds make you breath low in the body. Another good one she doesnt tell you is 'MAH-Ah-Ah-ah-ahh' or 'Mee Meh Mah Moh Moo.' She is right about one thing, the simplest exercises when done right can do amazing things for your voice.

  • Thank You! The exercise with counting was new for me. But I have beend doing that with a sound S already. And I have reached 1min 27s after a week of practise.

    these are realy gret exercises!
