The train is very good now, compared to 5 years back. It is longer then when I travelled on it. 4 coaches, excluding the power car, baggage car and the dining car.

I mean't the dirty old livery, would have been nice to see an eagle or camel or even just the loco number up front...

The locos that haul the Indian Pacific always seem to be fairly clean, maybe the dirt and grime just don't show on the dark blue paintjob
