@TurtleShroom I always imagined Dredd to have a wispy, almost breath like voice (listen to Dirty Harry in his magnum scene). Stallone couldn't even pronounce 'Law' correctly let alone capture the voice of Dredd.

@wadehallen Nothing wrong with Sly. But Hollywood's decision to cast him as the Great Joe Dredd was nothing short of insulting to the many fans who followed Dredd on a weekly basis from kids to adulthood. I actually laughed when I heard the rumor that Sly was going to play Dredd. Sly totally ruined the character & most 2000ad/Dredd fans hated the movie. Hopefully the new Dredd movie will make up for it, as the original creators of Dredd are working with the production team this time around.

There are 2 changes they should have made to this movie:

1. They should have not revealed Judge Dredd until at least halfway through the movie. I mean, this entrance was just perfect, but it just came too early. Perhaps for the first half of the movie, they could have focused on the group of thugs that Fergee becomes entangled with (which Dredd ultimately kills).

2. With all due respect to Rob Schneider, they should have made Fergee more of a normal, relatable character.
