Dude I cannot thank you enough for this video I added to my favorites. I have a '95 corsica and the fuel door is only hanging on by one hinge and would never stay open. The other day I was tinkering with it and out fell what at the time I thought was the hinge but now know to actually be the spring. Thanks a lot man now my question is, is it better to take the tire off to access the bolts to remove the assembly or can I leave it on?
@richpin06a Thanks for the response man. I actually found that the hardest thing about removing the bolt is finding the right socket. As it turns out though the reason it was falling off is because while the door itself is perfectly ok the assembly is completely rusted and useless. Now I'm playing hell trying to find a replacement.
@hp11208 Thanks for asking everything is ok seems like this time of year i always do not have that much work.I have a window replacement video for a Dodge Dakota coming soon.
Hey Rich You around. Hope things are OK with You?? Been awhile..

@nittanylion2012 I had no problem removing the bolts with the tire in place. If your arms are very large you might have to remove the tire.
