READ THIS!:

if it don't work go start hit "Set default program" go to "Add/Remove" click the word "Accessories" then hit "Detail" and check "Accessories" hit "OK" then lastly hit "Next" (make sure you check "IE" and other stuff you need)

It works for windows 7! All you have to do is download mozilla firefox. When you download this paint (Ms Paint) then you wanna click "Open In Folder" in the Downloads section. Then you double click and MS Paint should come up near it.
