After fighting Mad Jack when I was eight, I had nightmares until I was 10. *shudders* But RARE is known for their indifference toward disturbing elements in their games, like evil carnival balloons (Banjo-Kazooie, Mr. Patchy), evil jack-in-the-boxes (Mad Jack) and death (Wrinkly Kong). Especially the death part. No game manufacturer ever had an element of death as startling as Wrinkly Kong in a kids' game. But then again, they did make Conker's Bad Fur Day, which we all know as past the limits.

Mine was I was tiny kong (which is weird because I'm a male) but it seemed like I was playing the game, walking around that platform you raise to get to the factory level.. then that green circle thing happens like when you hold B.. for some reason, I think the explosion came out of the tv scared me... To this day, I have no fucking clue why it scared me then...

Well, there really isn't much to tell. You take your base tempo (let's say 160) and multiply it by a multiple of four (if your music is in 4/4) to fit more than 5 notes per line and have it sound like one beat. That's all dickspeed is, getting more notes in one spot, yet having it sound the same. My usual is multiplying by 16, so if your base tempo is 160, your new tempo would be 2560. This spreads the notes so that every single yellow line with a number is a sixteenth note.

Starting at 1. This means your quarter notes would be at 5, 9, 13, etc. That means every measure starts at 1, 17, 33, 49, and 65. It is just spreading out the music so you can fit more notes in. If you need any more help, just PM me, i taught my sister (Tessituratoni) to use it, i can show you further if you're stuck.

(Response to the guy below me) I could never beat him either. It annoyed me to no end, though I never did have nightmares about him. Then one day, in a mall, I begged my dad to bring me inside a Babbage's, and there it was: the Versus Books DK64 Perfect Strategy Guide. I bought it just to find out how to beat Mad Jack (the guide called him "Jake in the Box" for some reason).

Well sadly I agree with the lower quality part. For one, Kirkhope's pieces are musical gold, and it's so hard to get them right. For two, I still have this arranged on the newer one, and with an edited soundfont (just for the swans and percussion and trumpets) it sounds a lot better. I just don't want to upload it again.
