fastest way to lvl up archery is finish the companions quest and get Aela the Huntress as ur follower. Thus you can keep paying her to train you and than take the money back. I think she can train you till lvl 100 archery! Thumbs up so people know

I believe you can also find a spell tome for bound bow at Fort Amol, regardless of your conjuration level.
