Hi....LOL...no....I am just showing some fun stuff that you can do. The actual series will be very comprehensive and in fact is working wonders with all ages. I have 13 year old kids at my camps fully aware of chord construction, scale appllication and a workable command of modes. This stuff is really just fun goofy stuff on this video. I never see music as competitive. Troy's stuff is good Anyone trying to help others gain knowledge is good in my book.

I liked the way you played that Rhoads lick like Micheal Angelo Batio. . .and the over the neck Batio technique, and especially the two hand rythym/lead section. I've been practicing that stuff since I watched Stanley Jordan play.and You sir, are a guitar expert...Players like you make me want to practice more and more so I can get even better, just some healthy competition, you know.

In between chasing gophers on golf courses, I practiced alot. Seriously though...with these books, you can apply stuff right away and put it to use to express what you like as you increase your knowledge. Thank you for the nice words. That means alot.

Hmmm....this looks interesting. Do the books come with videos? Vids seem to be the most popular type of guitar instructional these days and it's a hell of a whole lot quicker SHOWING students what to do than describing it through text or still pictures...

Also, will the method focus on any particular style? Metal is seeing a resurgence in popularity, as well as the ever-popular style of shredding....
