@TOREN5611 If you think about it, it doesn't really need a hand guard, as the sharp looking angular twists in the handle look like they almost uncomfortably dig into your fingers and palm. Double bladed? How useless, except in a fantasy type fight situation.

@Febeleh plus in most murder cases where someone grabs so a kitchen knife there hand gets fucked up to cuz when u get blood on the handle ur hand slips.  the hand guard was made to protect u both ways.
