mine 320d is 300k Km and starts in about 4-6 sec at -23 gr :D

after it starts the idle is a little bit unregulated for another 8 sec.

@samsungstar87 hence my comment of 200k...

It's still two hundred thousand whether it's miles or kilometres....

I had already converted in my head the equivalent, so perhaps a bit of thought on your part before you reply in future.
