i know how he does, and i have been knowing it for 1 year.. make a car cheat (note: the car must be spawned infront of the door, wich means that half the car is inside of the building while the other half is outside the building) then enter the car and then your inside the building, but if you cant enter the car just touch it! and this does not always work.. but, you kan do this on the bank, and much more buildings!
