I used a unitard from a ballet store, added a logo and a belt from felt, after that I decided to add some gloves, so I took some black, long, rubber gloves and lined the bottom with an opposing color ( the same one I used for the logo and belt) When I was finished, I had electro girl! It only cost like 20 bucks!

dude make a hero that isn't the stereo type of capes and bad catchfrazes(yes i think i spelled that wrong) try to make a costume with more style that a more hardcore hero that a teen might like, and not a nredy comic guy. use a tee shirt, baggy jeans and a hood or trenchcoat. also could you make a costume aith the theme of fire wind earth nd water, i need the idea for my character.

Get one of those giant carnival prize stuffed animals and make a helmet out of the head. Then glue the remaining stuffed animal fur onto a body suit, as shown in the video.
