  • Guys you need to understand one thing, its not kapalbhati which is dangerous its pace at which its done is can cause damage. I have seen many people who do this with full force right from day one. This is like running at full pace on the first day.

    Please guys ramdev's cd is not a yoga teacher its just a good source. for first 3 months yoga should be done only under the guidance of a trained yoga guru. Like everything it demands great concentration and form.

    dont be demotivated, do it right.

  • Hey subodh i feel dizziness sometimes should i stop doing it i should wait for few secs n then start it again or something else

    is there any substitute for this

  • I have blood pressure for the last 15 yrs but the same is controlled by medicine and it remains normal. Should i continue doing kapal bharti which i had started about 5 months back

  • I got acid reflux from doing kapalbhati after watching ramdev bullshit vcd, because of acid reflux my throat has swelling,

  • @rrr1177 u did it in the wrong way i guess....

  • If you feel dizziness you should not 'avoid' kapalbhaati, you should rather find out if this dizziness is due to being new to a breathing exercise or not. In the first case, you should do kapalbhaati for a very short time and slowly and slowly increase the practice as you get used to it.

    enjoy doing it....

    do it along with the wall clock.... i mean, 1 stroke per second.... its very very helpful

    Thanks for putting this on You Tube. You said things exactly. People need to know why Kapalabhati must be done only under proper guidance.
