If you just listen to the explanation, it will make perfect sense. PLEASE SOME ONE FIND THE DERIVATION OF THE MOMENT OF INERTIA OF HALLOW SPHERE. Thats the HARDEST

Why wouldn't it work if you integrated from
r to r - delta r (the surface of the sphere, i don't know how to write it accurately,)
instead of r to 0 like he did ?
