That was a foul,but the Mavs got robbed,Dirk never fouled Wade,Josh Howard was talking to Avery he didn't call a timeout, and everytime the Heat drove to the hoop in game 3 towards the end of the game the refs called fouls,the refs bailed out the Heat

When you go up like Shaq did, the ball becomes part of your hand, so to speak, so that's not a clear foul. It may have been on the arm or something, but not a hack on teh hand.
