I have always been impressed by Barbara Hendrickx and her religious music

This is also a prayer of hope for the future as well as a commemoration for those who have passed on. I agree the transposition surprises us and modifies the mood, but it still stands as a valid , sincere and moving performance.

Indescribably lovely! Barbara Hendricks is an artist to be reckoned with, and a constant joy. This is remarkably different from the version for male voice! Sublime!
