The question is, is it born in the Wild or in Captivity, if born in captivity it's not impossible that he would survive in the wild, also if born in captivity it doesnt know what he is missing in the wild (yes it sounds cruel but it is true) But a whale as big as this one should not be in captivity!
Really ryanmatthew90. So tell me, how come Kayla is 23, how come Katina is 30, how come Tili is 30. If u dont know what ur talking about i would keep my mouth shut. Making urself look stupid! Mindless, ignorant individuals! SW is amazing, Dawnie B RIP sweet angel. I love and miss you very much xxx
OH don't let him go back in the ocean!! He won't make it! OMGOSH!! Not even in a "sea pen?" It's ok that he drowned a 19 yr old, (sorry for the mental case who got into the water and died,) but savaged, and ripped apart Dawn!! play or not, it was horrific!! But don't "hurt" the whale! That's the NEW way of this world! Satan is "in charge!" People's lives don't seem to be worth much do they.
@ryanmatthew90 wrong. look it up. In some cases, yes, they live to be only seven. And yes the life expectancy of Orcas in captivity is lower. But do some research, you will find that thelife expectancy was seven years a LONG time ago. Orcas that are twenty in captivity are not strange. There are two Orcas in captivity over the age of thirty. In the wild females can live to be eighty(although it's rare) and males to be sixty. More commonly is females live to be sixty, males thirty
@darinbuckisbetter the life expectancy studies take into account miscarriages & still births within the park.137 wild whales were captured from the year 1961 to today,13 are alive now; keep in mind the captures take younger healthier whales. If the youngest whale happens to be one it would be 50 today, since the average life expectancy in the wild is for males 30-60 & females 46-90 more of the orcas should be alive today. This is to do captivity, I have many resouces, try & prove me wrong.
@ryanmatthew90 boy you dont know much do you. The oldest whales in captivity are 35-45 years old. Orcas in the Wild can like up to 80 years old. And the reason average life span is shorter in captivity is because no one has given them a chance to see how long they can live for.
the only thing selfish about this is the people who work at seaworld. they only think about themselves and how much they want to pet ,ride and hug these mammals but they dont think about how the orcas are traped in such a small pooll!
@sophie8739 thats turn but they also fall under blame of the system telling them what to do, and also not doing anything for the many animals killed in a process of getting these animals some being from the wild.
@TheKittyOKat selfish?!? they dont get into the water with tili!!! they never have!!! u r sick, let dawn rest in peace, keep searching u sicko, the vid will never be released!! i hope your family arnt killed on camera for the world at risk of seeing...just imagine how it might feel u selfish person!!
I'm disgusted at the people that want to see the real video of the attack, have some flaming respect. It was a tragic accident that tok a life away from an amazing woman, now for goodness sake let her Rest In Peace!
@cwsingz How is anybody seeing the video going to affect how she rests? Why is it OK to show Kennedy getting his skull blasted off over and over and over but not show this? People are morbidly curious, calm the hell down.
All the Animals there are dangerous. Wild animals kept captive. Cmon. Its only a matter of time before anyone of these animals has a bad day and takes its aggression out on what ever is inferior to them. I would..
Sea World is another corporation who cares little for the environment or the people or animals involved. They only care about the buck!
For Dawn, of course I would have jumped in!!! It was protocol that prevented any other person to enter the water (they would much rather have one death than several). Also, why Dawn of all people....she was absolutely stunning with her interactions with the Orcas. She loved all life, including us.
poreso mi opinion es de dejar a los animales salbajes en donde pertenesen, muchos de nosotros los humanos nos queremos pasar de listos con los animales salbajes.

@icewatercube what I meant was they dont do it much and the the pool would most likey pretty deep.
WildAlpha1 10 months ago
@icewatercube they dont really use tranquilizer on marine creature in water once it make them sleep and air breathers could drown
WildAlpha1 10 months ago
It wasn't about trusting the whale (which killer whales and dolphins) it was more of knowing that it wouldn't help to jump in.

@jose79deleon Dawn no se pasó de lista, y Tillikum lleva muchos años bajo el cuidado humano como para ser devuelto al estado salvaje.
