@HHOhybridBuilder hydrogen does not flash back, it is safer than HHO, you can store it safely. you can buy dry cells that separate the gas from hydrofuelsys com. They are also looking for dealers.
@water2gashawaii That is very true too. The only thing I'm concern about is, in the event that after the hydrogen tank became empty, there might be a possibility that the empty tank might suck oxygen and it would make it then very volatile. So HHO IN DEMAND is much safer probably.

@water2gashawaii I absolutely agreed with you.There is no problem of oxygen absorption on ON DEMAND system because those separate tanks never go empty. What I meant was the pure hydrogen powered cars like those of the BMW, the CLARITY and anything that uses a tank for liquid hydrogen, when those tanks went empty, vacuum will develop and any single little SEAL leakage it will suck in oxygen and you know what will be next to that, just like what happened to NASA's space SHUTTLE, it went KABOOM.

@adn666tcoce I was thinking about it overnight and sorry to inform you that it's not gonna work because on two stroke gasoline vapor enters the combustion chamber through intake port and discharge through exhaust port.The crankcase is always full of gasoline vapor.Then after the spark plug fires it will flash the HHO gas entering those intake ports and what you gonna have will be a massive EXPLOSION. for future reference your Gas lines go from almost 1000 PSI to 3PSI at the Iron pipe to your house you could get a Bladder tank and Pressurize it to 5 PSI and power a Generator you can get that runs in Natural gas or Propane I asked the fellow at UFA and he said the Generator could work on Hydrogen as well it is a Commercial backup generator If you live in Canada you can now get Passive Solar installed Co-Generation.. Still use what you have for Backup Engine has to be 5degrees After TDC

Why don't take a gas generator and power it with your cell? And see if the generator will have enough power to keep the dry cell going and put more load lights etc on the output of the generator to see how much extra energy you can extract from the system? If you can do this then, you got a winner.

There is a problem with this. You converted rpm to horsepower. You can not do that. Example: you have electric motor that spins at 100 rpm at 12 volts and pulls 1 amp. Add a couple of gears and you can increase or decrease the rpm output of the motor when it is the same horsepower.
@BreadboardBasics It was the automotive engineers that said and wrote about this , not me. Try to buy a single cylinder stationary engine, you will see on the label saying 5 HP @ 3600 RPM, meaning if this engine spins @ 1800 RPM, it would then be putting out 2.5 HP. @HHOhybridBuilder Putting 720 watts into your engine and getting 2.5 HP out just doesn't work. You can not assume that since at 3600 rpm it is at 5 HP than it is 2.5 HP at 1800 rpm. If you attach an alternator to the motor it will not be self sustaining, it just isn't possible.
Juan, That kind of RC delay circuit will give a constant retard at different crankshaft rotational speeds. So at higher revolutions the timing retard will be delayed more than ZERO after TDC. Because the crankshaft will have moved more past the TDC before your RC-circuit triggers the ignition. Which might not be OK, that seems backwards according to my understanding of regular timing on an gasoline engine. But at constant RPMs it is perfect. I will pray the Lord will give you a job
@oscarobel Yes I had a constant speed of 2,200 RPM which is a little bit over than 1.25 HP @ 937.5 watts and the power this unit utilizing is 720 watts. So maybe sometime in the future I will mount an alternator on this HHO engine and we gonna see if this system is sustainable, and thanks for your prayer.
@oscarobel Thirty three years ago I worked as a Motorcycle Mechanic. I used one of it's ignition module to this HHO engine. The ignition module is a CAPACITOR DISCHARGE IGNITION SYSTEM and it belongs to a 1977 KAWASAKI H1 model. This system are consisted of two parts, the MAIN module and the TRIGGER module. I discarded the trigger module and replaced it with an adjustable RC network (RESISTOR CAPACITOR) that I build myself.
I have a few questions about your experiment. Do you know how many liters per minute you are running? Did you do anything to the timing of ignition, and if so what and how? @1232sean Sorry and honestly I haven't done the LPM measurement yet but it can produce 2PSI pressure of pure HHO within 30 seconds and the ignition timing had been delayed to "zero degree" AFTER TDC. Besides the ignition coil there is an IGNITION TIMING DELAYED MODULE. So far the only load I applied on it was I pressed a 2"x2"x4' piece of wood on the OUTPUT SHAFT until I saw the wood started to burn while the engine kept on running.
Good job dude! If you get a 300 amp alternator you can get more out for less input. A normal alternator does 60-120 amps, but if you use a 300 amp alternator you can get more amps out while using less horse power to spin it. Put an over drive pulley on the alternator and it will work even better. But the 300 amp alternators I use will put out 160 amps at idle on most vehicles.

@HHOhybridBuilder I understand... I sell boosters and alternators and I'm boke (unemployeed) without cells even though I get a 50% fuel mileage improvement in the demo vehicle. I also tried to get grants to do this years ago and it seems like only the universities get them. Anyone who has money really doesn't care about free fuel or free energy it seems.

@HHOhybridBuilder , what you have is great but I still see a problem. I own a machine shop and my work is slow so I play alot, lol, and this technology is one I play with very offten. The problem you are not addressing is the one that has made me back up a little. See what you have is a 2lb. hyd. bomb. The only way to speed my lawn mower engine up is to incress the amount of hyd I'm giving the engine. So far the only way I have found to do this is to store it. Storing it creates a hyd. bomb!

The problem in practice: 30 amp draw on a 24v car alternator will make the alternator v. hard to turn and produce significant enough drag on the vehicle's engine that the HHO production might even make the engine consume more oil!
It dangerous to store this stuff, you have many safety issues do not try and make this system work as is, its dangerous if you store hydroxy -(Ash -Panacea)
@ashtweth, Correct its extremly dangerous, but if you seperate the gases you can store it as safely as any combustable gas.
The CRITICAL thing to remember about pure oxygen is that it can catch fire in a pipe with no air. Grease or oil will cause a spontaneous reaction if the oxygen flows over it, this has caused many deaths. You need to clean EVERYTHING, pipe, tools, hands, bench when working on oxygen equipement or you WILL have a huge explosion. 2L of HHO if trapped will kill you
@ashtweth, Seperation and storage is a really important part of using water splitting as a storage medium for renewable energy, BUT this and HHO are areas best left to people with extremly good safety procedures, treat HHO just like gasolene vapour!
Hydrogen is lighter then air and will collect on the ceiling or in the roofspace and has a VERY LOW igntion point, so be sure to have PLENTY of ventelation.

@toyu17 As explained on the video ( HHO Kits-Fuel Technology Part 3 ) a TIMING RETARD MODULE is needed to delay the ignition. I set up mine at ZERO degree after top dead center. How would you see the timing? BY USING A TIMING LIGHT( Strobe Light ). What else do you want me to tell you? You wanted me to teach you? I already did. I mentioned everything on the video and it's up to you to study it. View it carefully and try to tweak on it. I think you are a smart guy and you can do it. GOOD LUCK.
@toyu17 People spent years just to know how to make an engine run on pure HHO meaning they won't reveal the secret of it. They will only show the basic of it, sometimes they just have the talking of it " Run Your Car on Water" and when you log on it, you will only see the dry cell or the HHO container producing HHO gas but never can show the actual engine running on HHO gas just like what I did on this video, showing the actual engine RUNNING on pure HHO. But then you can GOOGLE search it.

@poopanddooky As of now I'm not too concern about the POWER NET GAIN, instead I did concentrated on how to use PURE HHO Gas to be use as FUEL for any INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE. Small hydrogen producers on a vehicle, if made and installed, used correctly can offer an increase in fuel economy 8-30% is claimed, sadly most claims are faulse. The problem is the amount of power used to split the water. Catalyst assisted process and other areas are worth further investigation.
The energy is in the water, the trick is to find an efficient way to release it, thats the hard part.
The hydrogen boosters I have used for over 5 years consistently give my vehicle more power, lower emissions, and an average 20% increase in fuel mileage.
Plus the pride in knowing people are lying about the truth.

These days I do more with electric drive systems, less parts and more efficient, how many of your friends drive cars that use NO Petrol/Gasolene? (mine is in design stage)

In most cases cases sadly the engine will suffer serious long term damage being used like this, wiping out any savings in fuel costs.
When Hydrogen is burned with air or oxygen, water vapour is produced, this will collect in the engine, get into the exaust, oil, damaging everything.
One way to stop this is to run the engine for a while on Petrol or gas for a while prior to shutdown, while increasing revs, this will dry out the moisture.
Expensive? My devices were made largely from re-cycled items.
My current high frequency high voltage self-resonating primary circuit is made from a discarded flyback transformer, a single transistor, two resisters, scrap wires, etc. My enameled wire comes from discarded starters.
All that has actually been achieved is to change one form of energy to another.
You would be better just buying coal, make a highly efficient machine to use its heat: Steam engine, Producer gas engine, Stirling engine ect.
There are other ways to make hydrogen, electrolysis splitting is not the best
Maybe you should look at turning this into a welder instead: Browns gas, that would give you a Nett gain, eg: welding. even better a Plasma cutter, they work well on Hydrogen Oxygen.
As the other gentleman said, using more advanced electronics will help yeild of gas.
But unfortunatly in this form its still a negative or no Nett gain cycle.
Power station burns coal-steam-turbine-electricity-tranmission losses, split water-hydrogen, oxygen-burn in engine@15% efficientcy to make motion. The whole process is neither clean nor Nett gain.
To make it worse the engine exaust has high Nitric Oxides: cancer causing.
Technically, this is not "Energy", its "Fuel" you are splitting water to release combustable gas.

@mrgalleria, All that matters is finding an efficient way to get the electrical bonds between the Hydrogen and Oxygen to let go. Catalysts and Thermolosis are currently showing the greatest promise, injecting high frequency radio works, but I'm yet to see Nett gain, how ever Mass Spectrometer results show that there are little bubbles colapsing and getting as hot as the Sun. Then there are UV triggered PV's/ catalysts.
@mrgalleria, After doing serious damage to engines, I learnt that you have to modify the engine to get long term viability, these engines were simply never designed for Hydrogen.
A PEM Fuel Cell is a vastly better way to go, but still expensive, as we seek another catalyst to replace the platinum.
There are several ways to reduce the amount of hydrogen needed to run the ICE engine, down to around 1/7 what is being used here. Both Mazda and BMW have perfected ICE on Hydrogen
@mrgalleria, ANY ICE engine can run on Gaseous fuel, that has nothing to do with it. Oil: HydroCarbon: Hydrogen and Carbon, so when you burn it you get Carbon bonding with Oxygen: Carbon Dioxide and Monoxide, Hydrogen with Oxy: water in small amounts.
With the right modifications any combustion can run on Hydrogen, you just get a great deal of water vapour, so you coat the bore, stainless exaust or you have a dry down time

Less Hydrogen used to do the same amount of work, means less energy to get it from water in the first place, which means a higher efficientcy.
THE BEST is swirl premixing and pre combustion, releasing only a flame (Plasma) jet into the cylinder. Fuel is only there to expand the air in the cylinder.

720 watts input. You need to measure output. If it is over 720 watts, then you really have something to brag about. Still, it is wonderful you are using water as a fuel. Using better electronics, you can get the input power consumption lowered.
I should have said, adding high voltage high frequency electricity. Tesla and Donald Lee Smith made some easy to reproduce electrical transformers which require low operating watt input.

@adn666tcoce I was thinking about it overnight and sorry to inform you that it's not gonna work because on two stroke gasoline vapor enters the combustion chamber through intake port and discharge through exhaust port.The crankcase is always full of gasoline vapor.Then after the spark plug fires it will flash the HHO gas entering those intake ports and what you gonna have will be a massive EXPLOSION. for future reference your Gas lines go from almost 1000 PSI to 3PSI at the Iron pipe to your house you could get a Bladder tank and Pressurize it to 5 PSI and power a Generator you can get that runs in Natural gas or Propane I asked the fellow at UFA and he said the Generator could work on Hydrogen as well it is a Commercial backup generator If you live in Canada you can now get Passive Solar installed Co-Generation.. Still use what you have for Backup Engine has to be 5degrees After TDC

Why don't take a gas generator and power it with your cell? And see if the generator will have enough power to keep the dry cell going and put more load lights etc on the output of the generator to see how much extra energy you can extract from the system? If you can do this then, you got a winner.

There is a problem with this. You converted rpm to horsepower. You can not do that. Example: you have electric motor that spins at 100 rpm at 12 volts and pulls 1 amp. Add a couple of gears and you can increase or decrease the rpm output of the motor when it is the same horsepower.

Try to buy a single cylinder stationary engine, you will see on the label saying 5 HP @ 3600 RPM, meaning if this engine spins @ 1800 RPM, it would then be putting out 2.5 HP. @HHOhybridBuilder Putting 720 watts into your engine and getting 2.5 HP out just doesn't work. You can not assume that since at 3600 rpm it is at 5 HP than it is 2.5 HP at 1800 rpm. If you attach an alternator to the motor it will not be self sustaining, it just isn't possible.

@oscarobel Yes I had a constant speed of 2,200 RPM which is a little bit over than 1.25 HP @ 937.5 watts and the power this unit utilizing is 720 watts. So maybe sometime in the future I will mount an alternator on this HHO engine and we gonna see if this system is sustainable, and thanks for your prayer.

@oscarobel Thirty three years ago I worked as a Motorcycle Mechanic. I used one of it's ignition module to this HHO engine. The ignition module is a CAPACITOR DISCHARGE IGNITION SYSTEM and it belongs to a 1977 KAWASAKI H1 model. This system are consisted of two parts, the MAIN module and the TRIGGER module. I discarded the trigger module and replaced it with an adjustable RC network (RESISTOR CAPACITOR) that I build myself.

@1232sean Sorry and honestly I haven't done the LPM measurement yet but it can produce 2PSI pressure of pure HHO within 30 seconds and the ignition timing had been delayed to "zero degree" AFTER TDC. Besides the ignition coil there is an IGNITION TIMING DELAYED MODULE. So far the only load I applied on it was I pressed a 2"x2"x4' piece of wood on the OUTPUT SHAFT until I saw the wood started to burn while the engine kept on running.

Good job dude! If you get a 300 amp alternator you can get more out for less input. A normal alternator does 60-120 amps, but if you use a 300 amp alternator you can get more amps out while using less horse power to spin it. Put an over drive pulley on the alternator and it will work even better. But the 300 amp alternators I use will put out 160 amps at idle on most vehicles.

I also tried to get grants to do this years ago and it seems like only the universities get them. Anyone who has money really doesn't care about free fuel or free energy it seems.

The problem you are not addressing is the one that has made me back up a little. See what you have is a 2lb. hyd. bomb. The only way to speed my lawn mower engine up is to incress the amount of hyd I'm giving the engine. So far the only way I have found to do this is to store it. Storing it creates a hyd. bomb!

The problem in practice: 30 amp draw on a 24v car alternator will make the alternator v. hard to turn and produce significant enough drag on the vehicle's engine that the HHO production might even make the engine consume more oil!

@ashtweth, Correct its extremly dangerous, but if you seperate the gases you can store it as safely as any combustable gas.
The CRITICAL thing to remember about pure oxygen is that it can catch fire in a pipe with no air. Grease or oil will cause a spontaneous reaction if the oxygen flows over it, this has caused many deaths. You need to clean EVERYTHING, pipe, tools, hands, bench when working on oxygen equipement or you WILL have a huge explosion. 2L of HHO if trapped will kill you

@ashtweth, Seperation and storage is a really important part of using water splitting as a storage medium for renewable energy, BUT this and HHO are areas best left to people with extremly good safety procedures, treat HHO just like gasolene vapour!
Hydrogen is lighter then air and will collect on the ceiling or in the roofspace and has a VERY LOW igntion point, so be sure to have PLENTY of ventelation.

How would you see the timing? BY USING A TIMING LIGHT( Strobe Light ). What else do you want me to tell you? You wanted me to teach you? I already did. Small hydrogen producers on a vehicle, if made and installed, used correctly can offer an increase in fuel economy 8-30% is claimed, sadly most claims are faulse. The problem is the amount of power used to split the water. Catalyst assisted process and other areas are worth further investigation.

In most cases cases sadly the engine will suffer serious long term damage being used like this, wiping out any savings in fuel costs.
When Hydrogen is burned with air or oxygen, water vapour is produced, this will collect in the engine, get into the exaust, oil, damaging everything.
One way to stop this is to run the engine for a while on Petrol or gas for a while prior to shutdown, while increasing revs, this will dry out the moisture.

All that has actually been achieved is to change one form of energy to another.
You would be better just buying coal, make a highly efficient machine to use its heat: Steam engine, Producer gas engine, Stirling engine ect.
There are other ways to make hydrogen, electrolysis splitting is not the best
Maybe you should look at turning this into a welder instead: Browns gas, that would give you a Nett gain, eg: welding. even better a Plasma cutter, they work well on Hydrogen Oxygen.

Technically, this is not "Energy", its "Fuel" you are splitting water to release combustable gas.
"Energy" is never created or destroyed, it just changes form

Simply driving an electric motor will give a nett efficientcy of 75-90%

Catalysts and Thermolosis are currently showing the greatest promise, injecting high frequency radio works, but I'm yet to see Nett gain, how ever Mass Spectrometer results show that there are little bubbles colapsing and getting as hot as the Sun. Then there are UV triggered PV's/ catalysts.

@mrgalleria, After doing serious damage to engines, I learnt that you have to modify the engine to get long term viability, these engines were simply never designed for Hydrogen.
A PEM Fuel Cell is a vastly better way to go, but still expensive, as we seek another catalyst to replace the platinum.
There are several ways to reduce the amount of hydrogen needed to run the ICE engine, down to around 1/7 what is being used here. Both Mazda and BMW have perfected ICE on Hydrogen

@mrgalleria, ANY ICE engine can run on Gaseous fuel, that has nothing to do with it. Oil: HydroCarbon: Hydrogen and Carbon, so when you burn it you get Carbon bonding with Oxygen: Carbon Dioxide and Monoxide, Hydrogen with Oxy: water in small amounts.
With the right modifications any combustion can run on Hydrogen, you just get a great deal of water vapour, so you coat the bore, stainless exaust or you have a dry down time

I can build you a car that runs on water in under a week, it will run and drive like any other car, but sadly it won't last and there are several tricks I could use to make it apear to be self sustaining. "If" I was a scam artist, had no morels I could easily make a living pulling fruads in this area and sadly I have caught so called inventors doing just that before.

@mrgalleria, What we all seek (well except big oil companies) is a fully sustainable, nett gain, ideally with no environmental impact at all process, saddly this is a very tall order, but if nature can do it, we should be able to copy.
Burning Hydrogen with air is not clean, it produces Nitric Oxides, which are cancer causing, but its still better for now then war for oil, civilian deaths and smog.

Energy is never destroyed or created, your just moving it from one place or form to another.
"Embedded Energy" is what was put in during manufactoring to make the material: e.g: a piece of aluminium is basicly solidified electricity, it uses that much to make it.

Your mix rate is wrong. agian this a NEW fuel to the engine.
You want to run a SUPER LEAN mix as much oxygen as possible
Less Hydrogen used to do the same amount of work, means less energy to get it from water in the first place, which means a higher efficientcy.
THE BEST is swirl premixing and pre combustion, releasing only a flame (Plasma) jet into the cylinder. Fuel is only there to expand the air in the cylinder.

You want NO unburnt fuel comming out the exaust.
Liquid water injection can be used to overcome detonation.
NOW THINK ABOUT THIS
Water, split into gas, combusted, goes back to water, therefore!, there must be a CONTRACTION taking place in the cyclinder!, namely at certain point the piston is getting sucked in the wrong direction! reducing efficientcy.

The Space Shuttle main engines run on basicly split water, thats not smoke (carbon), its steam, pure steam! sooooo water is actual Rocket fuel, neatly packaged, the holy grail is finding a way to unwrap it without using much energy, so you can benefit from what is released

I suggest you look long and hard into what Plasma is, it will surprise you how easy it is to produce with water.

Courtesy the internet, the means are in place to go viral with working designs, making them impossible to suppress, but this would mean you are putting it in the public domain and will not be able to profit or recoupe your costs.

720 watts input. You need to measure output. If it is over 720 watts, then you really have something to brag about. Still, it is wonderful you are using water as a fuel. Using better electronics, you can get the input power consumption lowered.
