wat a beautiful lil girl, and precious brother she has... GOD BLESS.. and every special child is truely special... im in the field and work with them so i think they r loving innocent, and really a blessing on earth. if only everyone can be as caring as they r in their hearts, always bright with smiles and laughter, the world would be a loving place
Wow! Our Daughter Ana Katharina was also born in April 2006 with DS. She spent 8 days in the hospital, but never needed near as much work. What miracle. Praise God for your little girl.
Our little boy was born wit Down syndrome as well. WE do a daily video on our website NoahsDad (dot) com to show the world that Down syndrome is ok! We'd love to connect with you guys !
I loooooved this video and found myself cheering such a strong and tiny survivor! Wyatt is a wonderful big brother!! How are you all doing? (My son Isaac has Down.)
She is absolutely gorgeous. God bless her and her family. She must have a big purpose in life if there was 1% chance of her living. God must of realized how much of an angel she was and didn't want to take her for himself, he wanted everybody to enjoy her! Hope she is doing well!
I study Medicine, I've done a paediatric/neonatal stint, and this is truly a MIRACLE!! 1% with cardiac issues, down to 0.00001% with sepsis by 'human' means. We serve a mighty God!!
@18373747474 Thank you so much for your comment!. You should see her now! She'll be 5 yrs in two weeks. We're forwarding your message to our pastor, his wife, as well as other members of our church. I'm also going to post it on Neysa's Carepages. She has more than 2000 following fans on her website. They will love to hear you say that. Many of her fans have children going thru tough times as well. This will be such an encouragement to them. Please share this video with everyone you know!
She's perfect!!! My son has Down, if only people knew what they were missing!! Our kids are so amazing! I have 5 kids, but my Isaac stole my heart and hid it where only he knows! something about the way he loves, the way he loves me... He has a fan page on Facebook: "Eye on Isaac (Genetically Enhanced w/ Down Syndrome)" god bless u n keep up the great work young lady! -3
@HeatherandChris7 Thank you so much for the wonderful encouragement Heather. She is going to be five next month. She is doing so well now. She always wakes up with a smile. I don't know why they call it Down syndrome. It should be called, "UP" syndrome. lol!
Thank you for sharing! My son, Jon (age 5) has Ds and Hirschsprung's Disease. Since he is adopted, I missed the first few months of his life and his first surgery (colostomy at 11 days old). Since he has been part of my life, he's had AV Canal repair, a pull through surgery to reverse the colostomy, as well as 4 other surgeries. Watching your video took me back to the hard times. Jon is now in typical Kindergarten and doing well medically and is potty trained, etc. God is truly amazing!!
@nnaetuasp Yes, He is amazing. Stories like yours are a perfect example of God's amazing love for us. The one thing that sticks out in my memory of Nesya's journey was the defeat attitude of the doctors and nurses who cared for her. They were content to let us take her home to die. They really didn't believe there was any hope for her. I even reached out to the most prominent doctor in the country dealing with cases like Nesya's and he felt it was hopeless as well. God is the Master healer.
We were blessed with an amazing team of doctors and nurses. The doctor who delivered him named him to keep him from entering the system as Baby Boy Doe. He was born on Christmas, hence Nicholas (now his middle name). His surgeon still follows him and has known him longer than I have (and gave me more info about first month). He spent a month in Neonatal ICU with only the nurses as parents since he had not yet been placed in foster care. I have nothing but praise for them!
Your daughter is such a little angel from above. Our daughter Destiny also has DS and has a youtube video called godslentchild. My name is Christine and would love for you to be my friend of face book (christine stipancich koch).
there was a boy in taiwan who had down syndrome. his dad believe he could be a doctor nomatter if down symdrome prevented his son's dreams.the boy got bullied for his mental problems so his dad pulled him out of school so he can teach his boy. by the age of 15, the young man started to catch up on learning. you are going to be surprised to hear this the man who still had DS is now over 50 years old and is a HEART SURGEON. its a miracle and you can be one too, all you gotta do is believe!
Our God is truly an awesome God. Watching the video brought tears to my eyes; yet not tears of sorrow. I pray the Nesya continues to flourish as the beautiful creation of our Heavenly Father.
Thank you so much for you kind words. She is doing very well now. She has braces for her legs but is really making great progress. Please feel free to sign up on her carepage. I usually send out a message about every three months notify people on how well she is doing. Oh and please share this video with your friends. You never know who's out there who needs a little hope : )
I was tearing up by the second page. I can't imagine what even 1 hr would have been like for you at that time. God truely blessed you and your family!! I hope all the hard stuff is over.
