this is simply a misleading video. human skin is not the same as apple. there are many compounds that can inhibit the enzymatic browning of cut apple (eg. lemon juice, vinegar, salt water, etc)

I beleive that glazing fruit with lemon juice or citric acid of some sort prevents browning anyway.

If you watch the video you'll see that the lightening agents reverse the browning after it has occurred. Lemon juice does nothing to an apple after it has already browned.

This is such a great video in showing how the Reverse products treat brown spots! I have seen such an improvement in my skin since using Reverse. My skin is so much brighter!
