They seem nervous but they are 8th graders. They need more rehearsal and should go a little slower with more feeling. The background girls need to tone down to let solo girl come through better but hey, I see the potential loud and clear. The girls should watch the original singers. I think that would help. The voices are excellent. My advice is that the girls should stick together and go for it. Make some songs together that include good pleasant sounding melodies. They could hit it big.
