  • Not bad man but remember, you force the muscle to grow when your lowering the weight, not when your lifting it. Try not to drop the weight like that, try to control the movement down almost as well as you lift it.

  • dont make the mistake i did and train loads of arms, get the big muscles build early cause that will improve your overall strength and you will be able to lift more on arms, lifting on arms however doesnt improve your ability to lift on the big muscles and overall strength, do some powerlifting and eat a shit load then work on toning

  • Dead lifts, squats or leg press, bench press, military press and pull-ups are what I would call 5 good core exercises along with doing cardio and abs. Don't worry so much on just your biceps.
