  • na na na na naaa

  • this is not new wave , tihs is AOR/Southern sound

  • @evo161 i know i know read my above reply to kingsnake 77

  • I remember this video cool song .Just goes to show they were keeping up with the times and making it work.

  • I miss Danny Joe and Duane with his Gibson Flying V :(

  • Never knew there was a video to this song.

Great to hear, they're playing Flirtin' with Disaster on the car-radio.

Hahaha, DJ Brown is a terrible actor....

  • Never knew there was a video to this song.

Great to hear, they're playing Flirtin' with Disaster on the car-radio

  • They're listening to themselves when they pull up... awesome!!

  • molly hatchet is doing a free concert in jeff city, mo on july 3 2010

  • a genuine classic well done guys long live hatchet and danny joe brown

  • RIP Danny Joe Brown WE all Miss and LOve You and your music very much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i remember hearing this one on the radio when i was a kid , RIP Danny We all miss you

  • Yep, this was friday night videos. The only place I ever saw this vid other than the tube. Speaking of things being cheaper, I'm looking at some old stubs. Priest/Krokus $14, 1986/ AC/DC and Yngvei Malmsteen: $14. Three Years ago I paid $60 to see Nickelback. Although two years ago I saw Finger11 and 3 doors down for $30 at the Toldeo Zoo ampitheatre. I remember payin $32 to see Aerosmith on the Pump tour. That was very steep at the time.

  • the deed is done, van halen's 1984, and zztop's afterburner are the best albums of 1984

  • this is a very kickass video. but music videos now dont make sense anymore. ever since pop became "popular" with little kids its all about pillow fights and rappers talking about screwing whores. its easy as hell to make money doing pop and rap, but actually playing rock n roll takes very big balls. R.I.P. Duane and DJB

  • god i wish i was born in the 80's kickass concert wouldve been cheaper and the bands would still be around

  • I opened for them on this album tour in Cumberland, Maryland. Good time.

  • @thunderdeed WHAT WAS THE NAME OF YOUR BAND ?

  • This was my favorite tune off this record....

  • I love this song and i used to listen to this band way back then.

  • The girl in the video, is that Lisa Hartman? She is married to country singer Clint Black.

  • it sure looks like her.but i am not sure.lisa was also on ..{ok , i my age will be showing}...onThe tv show knotts landing from the 80s..

  • you said this song was from a tv show? great band- ive listened to these guys since thier first album..great stuff

  • The show was Friday night Videos...It was the MTV of my generation...I even think it was before MTV was around..I could be wrong...

  • I remember Friday Night Videos very fondly. For those of us who didn't have cable and couldn't watch MTV, this was where I got my video fix. FNV started in 1983, two years after MTV debuted. Then around 1987, they shortened it to an hour and had guest hosts eating up too much air time.

  • @thewormster : Yep, you're wrong... MTV had been around for several years at this point (1984).

  • @thewormster it was at about the same time........dang i miss those friday and sat nite videos..........

  • i love molly hatchet rip djb e duane roland

  • this isnt southern rock.this is a alright song but you play this for a 100 people and i dont think very many would have a clue who it is.this sounds like some girl based band like eddie money, kixs, loverboy hell i cant remember thier names but it sounds like a girl song.they came to my town for a outside show about 5 years ago and i thought i was seeing ozzy??yeah.they started the show with the crazy church organ midevil music and that there just sucked.they jammed but nothing like the old molly

  • Molly Hatchet in studio was great, but live even better. I just pulled out 1985's "Double Trouble Live." I must have played that a couple hundred times. They were real guys making real music - no pretension with them. Rest in peace all the southern rockers who've passed on - Billy Powell being the latest. We gotta end this curse. The south's gotta rise again.

  • I got the Album "Live Double Trouble" and there are two songs on there that ain't on the CD.."Walk on the side of the Angels" and "Walk with you"...two dang good songs they just deleted. They could have made it a double CD..I feel like I got ripped off...

  • @cowboy57hutch1 DOUBLE TROUBLE LIVE IS ONE OF THE GREATEST LIVE ALBUMS OF ALL TIME....

  • Do you remeber "The Blue Jean Network" from the late 70's? AFter that Casey Kasem had a show on late on Sat. night where you could catch a vid or two. Then of course Solid Gold and then Friday night Vids and the MTV gen. Anybody seen old footage of these shows?

  • Awesome,,5 Kick Ass stars !!!

  • rip danny joe brown best video ever by this band

  • Why doesn't it put my comment underneath who I was replying to like the others. I was replying to Mulkey40.

  • Still Badass after all these years! Thanks for the Video!

  • My humble opinion is one of the best (if not the best) song of Molly Hatchet. Funny video: This is one video, but in this video on the radio can hear another MH song (it's hard to remind me in this moment what's a song) - funny connection :)

  • Flirthing with Disaster

  • 80s new wave alternative synthpop ?

Molly Hatchet is a southern Rock band.

  • you are absolutely right.I should have put this video in that category instead i grouped it with the 80s tags, my mistake

  • Wow, I remember this from Friday Night Videos, probably haven't seen it since 1985.

  • The first 55 seconds of this video suck, but good song

  • i miss yo danny..i miss molly hatchet

  • thanks for the good memories danny.r.i.p

  • Friday Night Videos was a great show, along with Radio 1990, Nightflight, and the video show WTBS had that went all night long.

  • The show WTBS had was Friday Night Videos. I used to stay up all night watching it.

  • Fiday Night Videos was on NBC, TBS had Night Tracks (?sp).

  • You know, you are right. God, I really must be getting old!

  • Plus, in reference to TrashBoy4p's comment, that dude with the overgrown ax is on pretty much all of their album covers.

  • Straight from NBC's Friday Night Videos. Watched every chance.

  • meo charchazo que le pego la mina xD

    Molly rulzz

  • rip danny joe!!!

  • Fuckin' rights! Molly Hatchet is amazing!

  • song is great, pity poor vid quality.

  • ahhhh that old school southern rock....just cant beat it

  • totally awsome MOLLY HATCHET

  • That was a weird video dlb rest in peace buddy love ya.

  • The end of that video was silly, with the guy throwing the sword at the sand bag :)
