how do you make a cartoon video like that is there a website you go to ive all ways wanted to make a funny cartoon but i cant ever find a website that will work

What do you mean website? Websites don't make animations, you have to make it on your own using animation software. I made this using a programme called toonboom studio and a lot of time and effort. It would also help if you research animation and the process. There are many useful books, including Richard Williams' Animation Survival Kit. Good luck on your endeavours.

Yeah it's been pointed out that there should be an apostrophe in Judge's. However, I'd had to remove the video from youtube, reanimate those scenes, put the sound back on the new version and reupload it again. It doesn't seem worth the hassle lol

I've never watched this show. Does the judge's name 'Noah' hold any significance? And what's with the Pot Pie?

Yeah, Noah is the first name of Mr Bennet, on f the characters. The Pork Pie is just a quote taken directly from the show. My animation is filled with lots of little heroes related jokes so it's easy to not understand... it's not a good animation for people who don't watch the show :p
