Hello mate, have you any idea why YT removed your other video? Thats a bit strange!
I've just bought a Celestron Astromaster 130EQ, I'm just waiting for a digiscope adaptor to turn up to attach my camera...I'll let you know how I get on, I'm hoping to get some good shots in IR.
It has not been removed it just does not work every time on normal quality but always works on high quality, Ive no idea why and that is why I posted the same film again. How much was your adaptor? I have made a rough one from wood a screw and straps seems to work but tricky to get right.Could you share your first moon video with me so I can see how good your adaptor is .cheers and good luck. tarifa
BTW just looked up your scope, very nice and a good price with motor and software.Mine is just a cheap Chinese 6" with equatorial mount but does the job and cost me £89.00 off eBay new, no motor though..The moon was massive last night closest in 15 years, bloody cloudy here oh well maybe next time.lol
ive just bought scope im from west mids i saw saturn last night have u seen it and how big was it i used 20mm i could just make out rings it was clear but not big
Its not easy as the camera has to be in just the right place and not compromise the focus adjustment on the lens I lashed something together to do the job. But you can but camera holders for telescopes however they cost £30 so I made my own out of wood and straps. Does the job but tricky to set up.
Also if you do not have a holder for the camera and try just holding the camera up to the eyepiece you will get loads of shake even though you may think you are holding it still so it needs to be self supporting.
pretty nice video. i tried to do something like that also)) check in my channel

what advantage gives you the green filter?poor focus.

Just thought I would try it as it reduces glare that can overexpose the image.

reduce objective lens aperture for this purpose.
