  • awesome...ill have to get google earthing over that patch of gods earth...have it on best authority that northumberland is well worth a visit for woods and rivers and peace...ta for update on authorship of songs i do...shall check out this chap jimmy joyce, was it? (:^0) did he write the music for mr w..w..w..williamsothon too? maybe you like saxondale...superb choice of accent by mr cooghan...keep it real, wise eyeball!

  • James Joyce was an Irish writer and poet active in (I think) the early 20th century. He wrote the lyrics (as a poem) which Ivan Pawle (a member of the Irish version of (and friends of) the ISB) set to music. Robin Williamson thought it was well worth covering I guess (and rightly so).
