Thanks! Actually those pictures not mine from anybody's. And, yeah they can do fit into NEC. Now, few years I heard that NS 12N and 13N (Autorack and 86' boxcars) not in service anymore because of Chrysler plant been shut down...in Newark, Delaware by last 2007 or 2008..12N and 13N operation between Michigan - Delaware
What a great photo montage this is! I love the night shots. It's great to still be able to see some old remnants of the Pennsylvania Railroad still in use -- like the original position light signals and their "paddle-style" signals. You did a really nice job with this!
Yes, there Port Road has still got PPR signals there but few I heard that NS maintenance worker was taken old PRR signals cut down and, put new a Safetran signals since.
Near University of Delaware and, drive on Route 4 on Christina Pkwy over on the bridge maybe would you can see Chrysler plant and, NS yard there and NEC Amtrak runs there too but I heard that Chrysler plant is shut down by last years ago so very sad...
Fantastic photographs of NS on the NEC... Wow i didnt know Autorack cars can fit under the catenary wires,
