Behind closed doors is nothing new.

It is done also in football, when Rome fan threw and hit the referee in head with zippo lighter after it showed Red card to AC Rome player who kicked Kiev Dynamo player Verpakovskis after the half time whistle.

And it happened in UEFA and it was not for couple of thousand fans, but for tens of thousands. Also Rome got technical loss in first match i think, but maybe i don't remember. And it was just because one fan decided to be a hero.

Fans are important in hockey. Maybe the goalie spent time with the mad mans wife. Who knows why he attcked the spare goalie.

Just don't allow fans to bring things into the arena. Emotion is part of the game, and fans help to provide it for players. There is an energy that players feed off of, without it you cannot win.
