  • i think the serve would be good if the ball toss was higher and you hit them in but apart from that yeah its average

  • @KingHotdog 3 of them where in and one hit half ball out :) That was when i first got their . Thanks for your imput

  • Quite a decent serve. The scenery is spectacular, though 8)

What do you think of my serve, Bladerunner55217?

There's a video in my uploads.

Left hand action could be better, I mean having your hand stretched out upwards to get more uplift power.

  • @BrainSane237 Yea h your right about the left hand . I also am going to try and get more forward /up movement towards the ball for more height so as to get more rise after the bounce. But after watching dolopgo (spelling wrong) I figured dam this kid is serving just like me lol. So maybe I don't have to change that much but for sure use my left arm . Thanks for your pointer ! I will check your serve out to.

  • @Bladerunner55217 Yea your serve resembles Dolgopolov's serve quite a bit, with the difference A) the left hand, as discussed before, and B) his racket speed is already there before the racket drop, while your acceleration really starts after the racket drop. If you get what I mean...

  • @BrainSane237 ah yes . So get my swing started earlier as one full motion. Is that right?

  • @BrainSane237 and the left hand will help that !

  • @Bladerunner55217 Yea basically. I don't know if it's a good or bad thing, but that's really the differences I see between your technique and Dolgopolov's 8).

You both have very fast motions, hit early, and the racket travels a similar swing.

Dolgopolov's serve is extremely hard to read.

  • @CrossfireCritic For the first 5 months of play I used original big banger luxillon and loved it. But after getting to know the strings I didn't like that the strings would go from good to absolutely dead instead of gradually loosing playability.

So I researched and went with ashaway crossfire II 18 gage kevlar hybrid. It is sweeeeeeeeeeeet .. pockets the ball like no other. Low tensions 50 45

  • the view behind is look amazing..

  • @sassylekky yes it is beautiful , Now what about my serve ?? lol joking

  • @Bladerunner55217 oh for sure your serve amazing too.. lol you guys ( everyone who on youtube) made me want to play tennis..

  • @sassylekky I don't see you in any video playing tennis ??? I want to see one !!! :)

  • Congrats in your RDS 001. Mine is the MP, both are great. Next Christmas ask santa for a ball basket : ) Good serving mate!! keep it going.

  • @uvijekargentino thanks man ! Well christmas is over no ball basket still lol.. I did see the new Donnays !!! But way to expensive :(

  • Ahh ok... my family is more near National City, Mira Mesa which are kinda far from mainline San Diego.

  • i dont even know where thats at thats farrrr! lol

Im playing poker right now and your messing with my money hahahaha... joking a little man :)

  • How far are you from San Diego? That scenery looks somewhat familiar...

  • about an hour an a half away up the 15 fwy exit baseline.

  • beautiful tennis courts and the area around the court is nice!

  • I love the scenery to. It's in Rancho Cucamonga (southern california)
