That's what I kept telling myself for the 3 years I waited for Spore to be released. Trust me, I'm not complaining that the game is being delayed for a measly couple of months. I am annoyed that the people in closed beta have more time to enjoy at their own leisure, though. I don't mind playing a beta with tons of bugs, it isn't the gameplay that attracts me to this game, it's the costomobility.

I managed to get involved with a decent community before it started to get popular and go downhill. While its probably the best mmorpg i've played to date, its far from perfect and the recent patches (I stopped playing shortly after 3.1) have been a load of rubbish. When I first saw wow I thought, that game looks like everquest. I was wrong in some ways and right in others. I hope to find the same with champions and CoH/V.

You don't need a gold membership, only a silver to play this game.

There is no offline play, this is a mmorpg only game.

Upgrades come though quests and regular gaming.

Sounds like an idea, but i can see that being abused...ish in pvp, if some lower levels are teaming up and just nailing you with little attacks you'd be stuck immobile getting slowly killed

Dude. They won't bring back CoH/CoV characters. This is Champions, which has existed in pen and paper form for a long time, and they've sold all rights to CoX to NCSoft. You'd have a greater chance to see Darth Vader in Star Trek.

There was ten minute loot lag when the game first came out. :/ Kill a mob, click for loot.. oh look I'm crouching for the next 10 minutes.. still happens(loot lag, I mean) but it's no more than 10 seconds now.. and only occurs when the server hicups.

I don't know if you mean at launch but I started playing a year or 2 after launch and I play the game 1900x1200 maxed everything settings with a full group going crazy and everything stayed very stable for me.

the coconuts are so funny. but the cool part is that the coconuts gave hint as to how interactive the environment. i hope they do what DC is doing. someone created an item out of atoms and matter and that item because interactive as well.
