Wonderful! Just wonderful. There isn't an Animal Rights person out there who could train a dog like that - or even understand the relationship between dog and handler that this wonderful performance showcases. Too bad for them!

Border collier are smart dogs but you HAVE to work with them. like this great owner or have them herding or agility/obedience or the the dog will become a disaster.

Not really... I've had two collies for about 6 years now - hardly any training and they're both very obedient. Eldest was in a local flyball team for a year - had to stop cause she tore her ligaments. She's fully recovered now - but she's one of the most gentle, affectionate collies you will meet!

I have to admit, I thought freestyle dog dancing was just cracked and weird until I saw this.  What talent!! Thats just amazing that you can teach your dog to dance that way and memorize a routine so long.

The dog doesent memorize the hwole program, the owner tells it what to do the hwole time but it doesent look that way. It is still amazing for a dog to memorize all the words and signals from the owner and then do them as fast as tat dog is doing.

@kuttebulle Don't be so sure that 'the dog' (Chandi) doesn't know the whole routine off by heart! Sometimes when I forget what comes next, Chandi will cue ME!!!

Yes, that I can understand, is it a routine the dog has done many times before, then ofcourse. But in general the dog doesen't have to memorize the hwole show. But it doesen't mean it can't.
