ha actually dude mine lasted for about 3 months.... one of the best shoes i have ever had. hands down. They didnt start to really tear up until after the 2 1/2 month mark. They have really good grip and are extremely comfortable to skate in.

you gotta think that some shoes have different soles that are worth paying more for. for example i payed 60 for my fallen bandits. they are a good shoe but htey have a gum sole. the sole might start out extremely grippy but they loose grip really fast. i had to scrap them in like a month i was really mad. I noticed that this shoe has a large sole making it easier to flick with the sole rather then the material on the shoe... which in my mind causes the shoe to last a little longer. Idk lol

they have nice vulcanized soles, id say there a little thicker than eras, there definitely holding up a lot more my era's were ruined after 4 sessions, iv skated a lot in these and there pretty much still in perfect condition, and there one of the nicest shoes for board feel and comfort iv ever skated! Obviously they don't provide as much heel protection and stuff, but if you like skinny 'board feeley' shoes there definitely worth it!

Never owned a pair of tre's,i'v tried them on a few times,there comfy,obviously stefans shoe is a lot skinnier which I definitely prefer because it makes feeling the board a lot nicer and if you dont mind that theres no heel or ancle support,then you'll get used to them fine, there one of the nicest shoes i have skated. You said you tried blazers on, there pretty similar to them but just more skinny.Best comparison I can give is the vans era shoe but longer lasting and more comfortable.
