@LTGeraldo I think its the creator (Who made the video as well as the art). I think its the creator's comments or intro before the whole video starts. Most people from Nico Nico make a intro like this or similar to this before they start their video.

I watched that episode again carefully and it turns out you're right! I had overlooked Flippy (and Russell) when I watched it before. Thanks! Flippy was stabbing somebody just as Toothy was starting to sing at the end, but I'm not quite sure whom. Was it Petunia?

LoL To tell you the truth, I have no idea who he was stabbing. I was carefully reading the wikipedia of HTF characters, and it said he appeared in Class Act and I kept relooking the scene where he was stabbing someone, but I had no idea who it was, nor did the wikipedia, I think. I believe they said it was some random tree character that has no name ^^;
