grace lee might be more filipino than u. she may be korean but she loves filipinos that's why she's well loved also in our country. i understand where ur coming from, u might have felt discriminated upon. pero huwag naman nating i-generalize. not all koreans are discriminatory or bad. kung galit sila or they look down on pinoys, why would they go here, do business here in the philippines, live here and even marry here?
Actually, I've always been thinking about what Koreans think about us Filipinos. But who cares? The majority of Filipinos are hard working, loving, and are always trying to be the best they can possibly be amid so many hardships already. Those qualities are not looked down upon -- they're widely recognized and respected.
So to those few Koreans that do look down upon us, hell, they need to get over themselves. Always remember that! Besides, don't generalize! I doubt ALL Koreans are like that.
yeah coz majority of the filipinos are the poor ones.. a lot of hardworking are the ones that endure so much... and those are the poor. now if only economy went up. and the people who really do work, get payed. the u'll see the poor get richer, and some rich get poorer... and people will see who the hardworking in the phil are, and they'll truly see how hardworking we are.
@taeeat I hope pinoys realize that "hard work" does NOT bring wealth. Example: Both a pinoy and chinoy speak english well (maybe the chinoy, even not so well). Which one uses his english skills to negotiate internationally for good business deals with low capital, and which one will choose to "work hard" as an English teacher and earn peanuts? I won't answer that, you know the answer..
