I normally wake up in the middle of the ocean after resting my eyes for 2 years all the time, then swim back to the shore and whistle my giant flying air ship to come to me with my hot girl who was waiting for me.

This ending is so stupid, but i loved it . Its the ending i wanted.

no, this is the good ending that u get if u press X during the last scene on the Farplane glen (after beating Shuyin) and when the fayth asks u if u wanna see "him" again, u select "yes". the perfect ending takes place at the campsite by the Zanarkand ruins and u only get it if u completed the game 100%

technically he wasn't really dead, cuz he was never alive. he was just a dream of the faith, his image being based off that of Shyuin in hopes to undo the mess Shyuin started 1,000 years before FFX. If u press X during the last scene on the Farplane glen (after beating Shuyin) u hear a whistle and the fayth will appear and ask Yuna if she wants to see "him" again, if u say "yes" then u will get this scene after the ending credits. it's the Fayth brings Tidus back at the end here. happy ending

1. Tidus isn't dead, cuz he was technicallt never alive, he was a dream of the fayth, an illusion or remake of Shuyin. and 2. Tidus coming outta the water at the end of FFX was perfect grounds for a sequal. hence FFX-2. in which the good ending picks up at that point, whit Tidua coming outta the water. I think when Square Enix makes games with sequals they pre-plan the WHOLE story before making the first game even. like the Kingdom Hearts series. which WILL have more parts than Friday the 13th
