i'm glad someone said 'who cares!' to that retarded classification of intra and peri canalicular. its still taught in our med school, but really WHO GIVES A SHIT?!
sometimes it cab be really hard to differentiate histologically between a nodular hyperplasia of the prostate and a fibroadenoma (specially when the classical breast lobules are not present in the field!) another similar example can be the fibrocystic diseases of the breast), any striking differences? thank you.
you are absolutely correct, to suggest a prostate lesion could look like breast, would be heresy to many effete purist bullshit pathologists, but you are CORRECT, the main differentiation would be the GROSS, imho, fibroadenomas always look lite well defined tumors
I found one of these in my right breast the first year of college. Needless to say I freaked out - but it's all right now. I think of it as my little baby.
OMG,in russia we still have tht pericanalicular n intracanalicular classification.urghh.russians always make things hard.thx anyway for the video.i heart WD.=P

@Wiggyify Probably the only people who care are professors who walk around all day with their thumbs up their asses.
