The Sky Pillar has a legendary Pokemon, Rayquaza the pokemon from Pokemon Emerald version.

You also will need a Mach Bike to get through it, since it has a similar feature like Granite Cave after you have the Mach Bike. There are cracks that you need to speed over to get past them.

You should go to the Sky Pillar, it's located on Route 131 near Pacifidlog. Check your Pokenav map to see where it is.

The Sky Pillar is better in Ruby and Sapphire,because the wild pokémon are level 54-60 and that's where I always train

They made it no fun in Emerald
